	Caye Howe, Owner Caye founded Think Pink Software in 2006, 1 year after joining the Mary Kay Sales Force in effort to help her Director communicate better with her Unit. Caye has dual masters degrees in Physics & Computer Science and 6 years experience as the COO of a Software Development firm.
	Jeff Howe, Owner Jeff joined Think Pink Software in 2009. He has very quickly learned the Mary Kay way to doing business. Turns out he has a real knack for layout and design.
	Jennifer Thomas, Think Pink Associate Jennifer has been with Think Pink Software since 2007. She has been in charge of our newsletter division from the beginning.
